Monitoring Progress in Health, Relationships, and Financials
In today’s fast-paced world, tracking our progress across various life aspects like health, relationships, and finance isn’t just beneficial; it’s essential. This practice not only helps us recognize our current state but also boosts our motivation, reinforcing the habits we're striving to maintain. Here’s a detailed look at my current progress:
Health:
Habit: Regular Exercise to increase muscle mass for better health. Progress in 2025:
- Workouts: 8
- Skeletal Muscle mass Increased from 43% to 46% of body weight.
- Pending Measurements: VO2 max, Resting Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose Levels.
Habit: Nutritional Improvement to boost muscle, reduce fat, minimize processed foods and sugar intake.
- Breakfast: Daily yogurt (11% protein) with nuts.
- Lunch: Two whole grain sandwiches with eggs, cheese, unprocessed meat or fish, and greens.
- Dinner: Home-cooked meals including protein, carbs, and vegetables.
- Alchohol: None since starting measurements.
- Snacks: No processed snacks at home, only on special occasions in moderation.
- Beverages: Water, coffee, or tea; occasional fresh fruit drinks, no pre-packed drinks in the house.
- Vitamine intake: One fruit per day.
Habit: Quality Sleep. Sleep from 10 PM to 5:30 AM to enhance productivity and health.
- Challenges: Distractions lead to inconsistent bedtime.
- Solutions: Plan the next day and stop distractions by 9 PM.
What needs to happen? Plan the day / week at 9 p.m. Stop all distractions at 9 p.m. Prepare the next day between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Relationships:
Habit: Quality Time with Family and Friends to deepen bonds.
- Family: Weekly outing, aim to explore new places.
- Friends: Shift from phone calls to in-person meetings at least once a week.
Personal Development:
Habit: Skill Enhancement and Influence to advance career.
- Skills: Focus on communication, proactivity, presence, and leveraging technology like AI.
- Influence: Publish articles, give presentations to grow niche influence and potentially increase income.
